Pete starys off one of his blog entries with: "Living in Sheffield affords me some luxuries like having the odd pint
with Richard Hawley and being able to put Henderson’s Relish on my Meat
and Potato pie..."
It also allows him to meet the lovely Jessica Ennis and pass on some of his iconic paintings to her. One of these occasions was last Friday at a Civic Reception for Jess at the City Hall, Sheffield:
Jess had just enjoyed the applause from a crowd of 10,000+ in Barker's Pool. The ballroom in the City Hall was a relative oasis of calm, but not overly-well lit so apologies for the flash bouncing around all over the place. See more at: Jessica Ennis
