New-Look website almost ready

Not a major change, but there are now so many photos on there, it was taking some pages a while to load up.  I have just made the sports pages into a logical hierarchy based on sport and then events with that sport, so am hoping that this will improve navigation across the site.

Just waiting on getting back from 3 days fencing this weekend to finish it off.  Check out http://www.peverilphoto.com/  from next week.

On the last leg....

Well, as the mid-life crisis looms ever closer so does the deadline for getting the book on Sports Photography finished.  I am hoping to get some more good pictures at the Fencing this weekend and then finish things off to produce the PDF in little over a week.
I am currently torn between charging £2.99 for it and making some money on sales or just giving it away to promote my pictures and asking for donations to the 400mm f/2.8 lens fund instead.

Snow is nice, when you don't have to get anywhere

Most of the UK has seen some heavy snowfall over the past 7-10 days which has been great for sledging and, as it hasn't frozen over the pavements, not made walking to work too hazardous.
I have had to keep an eye on the weather though as early tomorrow morning I will be heading down to Guildford, Surrey to cover 3 days of fencing at Surrey Sports Park.
All it needs now is for the car to start after a week under the snow............
