Roll up, roll up

I will be at a couple of local Xmas Fairs: High Storrs School on Sat 1st Dec and King Edwards on Sun 9th December with canvases and prints for sale - ideal Xmas gifts at very reasonable prices, honest!

Flog It!

The popular BBC2 programme Flog It! has been filimng today at the Cutlers Hall in Sheffield.  Popped along during my lunchtime to take a few pictures of Paul Martin, James Lewis and Anita Manning.  Pictures to follow.

Writing a new book

Everyone it seems is doing it - Jessica Ennis, J.K.Rowling etc etc, getting their latest and greatest down in paper form and out in time for the Christmas rush.

Not wanting to join them in that respect, but inspired to publish some pictures post the joy-filled summer that was the Olympics and Paralympics, I'm currently planning a PDF release of some photos and accompanying text on Sports Photography, probably out early 2013 and on sale for charity.

One of the Chapters is definitely going to be titled: "How much the average Sports Agent cares about Photographer's Copyright".  Currently that chapter is looking very blank.

*** UPDATE *** (not quite a Stop Press....).  As well as the PDF version which will be on sale on my website when ready, I hope to publish as an iBook.  Unfortunately the iBook will not be for charity as the pricing structure means that a large chunk of the money goes to support the financially-strapped Apple Corporation =:~)
